I’ve had few issues but my co-workers all have had problems with logins. There are times when their login credentials aren’t accepted. Should they attempt to change their password, still can’t do that either. Luckily our manager has more permissions and can repair the problem, but he is 50 miles away, and not always available. App is just not that user friendly.

Always getting an error code and it won’t let me into the app. Goes through the authentication process only to give me an error. I’ve Uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times, reset phone, and checked for updates with no luck. Left with no choice but to go through website to see my work schedule. Super frustrating. No issues until 2 days ago.

New update ruined the app. The new calendar is very hard to read and now it makes you scroll through weekly mode which is very unclear. Please change it back update: app still looks and feels terrible. Its still been a whole year and they havent improved anything.

I need to be able to log in to see my schedule. I can not log in from my mobile device. I’ve tried updating app, uninstalling it, turning my phone off, and then on again. I can log in from a desktop. However, being on the go this isn’t always an option. After I log in on my mobile, it just stays on a white screen. It’s very frustrating.

This app is beyond slow to open. The reviews have stated this for over a year and it’s stoll not fixed. I use the website instead, ita MUCH faster & the app creators don’t seem to have too much drive to fix the issue everyone complains about

Not broken, but could use some work. Thankfully, I haven’t had the issues outlined in other reviews, but to be fair, all I’ve had to use is the timesheet/earnings features, and I log in using SSO. While Microsoft login has its moments, it’s at least not offensive. One thing I would really like to see is copy/paste for timesheet entries. It defaults to 8:00a-4:30p, no meal, so I have to change this for every day, remembering to authorize at the end, otherwise one little change undoes the auth.

Honestly from my experience, it’s pretty mediocre. There have been and continue to be plenty of problems just trying to log on. Wether it’s bad connections or Servers just being bad, I don’t know. There have been plenty of times where the app has just not worked or updated properly or on time. And that becomes a problem when the schedule changes the day of my next shift and I get yelled at for being three hours late to a shift I didn’t know I had. I only use it because I have to at Trader Joe’s.

Didn’t really have a choice of what app to use in terms of seeing my schedule and time sheets/pay stubs. That being said it’s not awful, I’ve definitely seen worse and also as far as I know there isn’t really an app that I’ve used that revolutionizes these sort of services so this one’s decent enough and pretty much has everything I need to see just one tap or click away.

The only problem is that it takes 15x to sign in cause it asks for the security code that it texts to your phone. After entering the code it will start you back at the beginning of the process. It will do this most of the time when you try to sign in Aside from that issue there are no other problems. I do however wish there were more features w more info in certain areas of the app.
